Disbursements

Disbursements are payments related to your sale or purchase which are made to a third party by us on your behalf. The following are examples of disbursements which may relate to your transaction, please note however that the following in a non-exhaustive list of examples and other disbursements may apply depending on the type of property transaction:

In addition to the above and when acting on a sale we would also repay any mortgage over your property on the day of completion.

Unless instructed otherwise by you we would also discharge your estate agents account on your behalf on the day of completion.

When acting on a purchase we would calculate the StampDuty Land Tax payable on your transaction and pay the tax to HMRC on your behalf.
